How do I get started?
The first step is to contact me at (513) 645-3752 (phone call or text) or email at katewestengard@empathycounselingservices.net. If I am unavailable at that moment, I will call you back within 1-2 business days. The point of this brief phone consultation is to see if we are a good fit and to briefly understand your goals for treatment. At this time we will coordinate availability and schedule and intake session and/or I will provide you with referrals to other providers or services that may be helpful for your situation.
How long is a session and how long does treatment take?
A standard session with me is 50 minutes; although, I do work with some individuals who may need shorter or longer sessions based upon individual preference or need.
Do you take insurance?
I am considered an Out of Network provider and I would be happy to provide you with a monthly receipt (superbill) which you can use to submit to your insurance company in case they provide any out-of-network reimbursement coverage. You are responsible for contacting your insurance to explore your plan benefits.
How much do services cost?
50 minute therapy sessions cost $165
75 minute therapy sessions cost $200
